During 25 years he was working with Apollo Tyers, TVS, PEPSICO and Spicer India Ltd. His last 7 years association was with L & L Products Pvt Ltd as Operations Head for India.

Mr. Avinash Bhise has 30 years experience in Plant operations, program management, business development and sourcing. He has worked in home appliances industry with the companies like Voltas, BPL, Daewoo Electronics etc. as well as auto components
industry with companies like Tata Autocomp, Varroc etc. He has extensive experience in stamping processes for manufacturing sheet metal parts for appliances like refrigerators, washing machines, etc. He has vast experience of plant management functions including P&L responsibility, customer relation, sales and business development.
